The slow pace of the Moon

The slow pace of the Moon

"Wine is a very slow journey, lasting at least 365 days. The deep bond with nature and the respect of its rhythms result not only in abolishing the use of chemical products, but also in handling the land following the cosmic and lunar cycles. Our wines are produced following these slow rhythms of nature and, in particular, our Pet Nat red wine is inspired by the moon, which with its slow transformations is like a lockwork, showing us how to accompany the wine on its journey.
