This organic sparkling white wine has a good structure and a straw yellow colour with hints of green. Best served at 5°/6°C, before dinner as aperitivo. It also pairs really well with typical Bolognese dishes such as Tortellini.
Pignoletto is made in Parco dei Gessi and Abbadessa; this particular soil gives Sparkling Pignoletto a soft yet lively note. It has quite a dry taste, harmonious and persistent; with a fresh acidity. Best served before dinner as aperitivo with young cheese. It also pairs really well with typical Bolognese dishes such as Tortellini, Crescentine, cold meats.
